BMC Remedy/Helix Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer technical expertise regarding application and integration functionalities.

• Collect requirements, create presentations, deliver demonstrations, and document needs.

• Create workflows and integrations utilizing Developer and Innovation Studio.

• Develop RestAPI, WebService, and LDAP integrations.

• Oversee incident assignments and maintain customer communications.

• Sustain and update the Production environment while achieving KPI targets.

• Manage sprint workload and anticipate work deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software development.

• BMC Accredited Administrator or equivalent expertise in BMC Remedy/Helix Developer Studio.

• Familiarity with SAAS solutions or AWS Cloud environments.

• Experience with BMC Remedy version 23.x or higher.

• ITIL Foundation certification is advantageous.

• Understanding of Helix/Remedy application process flows.

• Proficiency in one or more 23.x+ Helix applications such as Incident Management, Change Management, Smart Reporting, etc.

• Experience with Pentaho Spoon, BMC HDM, RestAPI, or Webservices.
