
Blow Mold Travel Maintenance Mechanic/Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Carry out repairs, preventative measures, and corrective maintenance on blow molding production machinery, as well as plant blow mold equipment and facility.
• Ensure adherence to corporate and plant safety protocols, along with compliance with applicable laws and regulations set forth by regulatory agencies.
• Install, adjust, and repair blow mold machines, trimmers, cooling beds, palletizers, and other associated equipment.
• Execute mold and neck tooling changes, along with pin and other equipment modifications.
• Inspect and replace pneumatic and hydraulic hoses as necessary.
• Assess, rebuild, and replace valves and pumps.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on all relevant equipment.
• Keep machines in peak processing condition.
• Weld, fabricate, and repair various types of machinery.
• Troubleshoot and identify root causes to repair blow mold, baggers, and support equipment.
• May operate blow mold or injection machinery as needed.
• Communicate regularly with other departments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
• High school diploma, GED, or technical/mechanical certification is required.
• Experience in blow mold maintenance or as a blow mold technician is MANDATORY.
• Familiarity with repair and maintenance of Uniloy, Rocheleau, Bekum, Graham, and Wilmington equipment.
• Experience with KuKA and Fanuc Robotics is a plus.
• Must possess a valid US driver's license.
• A current OSHA forklift certification may be required.
