BizOps Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• You are eager to take ownership of and lead the go-to-market strategy and execution, contributing to our growth and partnership initiatives.

• Develop and sustain operational infrastructure, including processes, tools, and reporting. You thrive on identifying issues and enjoy resolving them.

• Gain exposure to strategic projects encompassing partnerships, community engagement, marketing, and ecosystem development.

• Provide direct support to our founder and Chief of Staff in the daily operations of the business.

• Tackle and manage the most critical tasks for the week as they arise.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in management consulting (tier-1), operations within high-growth startups, or venture capital.

• A strong inclination toward action; you tend to take initiative rather than waiting for permission.

• A robust analytical skill set: confident in building models, dissecting data, and synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable of drafting professional memos and garnering support from an executive team.

• A sincere interest in AI, whether it involves current models, decentralized systems, or cutting-edge technology. While you may not be technical, your curiosity drives you to explore deeper than most.
