
Bioprocess Sales Specialist – Upstream, Cell Culture

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Serve as the primary Commercial and Technical representative for Cytiva's Bioprocess Upstream, Fluid Management, and Cell Culture portfolio within the ANZ region.
• Take responsibility for the success and growth of the entire portfolio, utilizing support from the Cytiva team.
• Build and nurture relationships, identify customer requirements, and present suitable Cytiva products and solutions.
• Execute marketing initiatives, generate leads, and manage sales activities and customer interactions using SalesForce.com.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), analyze data, implement funnel management, and conduct win/loss analysis.
• Collaborate with Sales, as well as regional and global leaders, to ensure the development of countermeasures when targets are not being met.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in Commercial Upstream and Cell Culture Sales within the life sciences sector is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays, primarily within the domestic region, but with some international travel as well.
• A valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record is required.
