This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Accountable for providing insights to sales strategies and account plans as part of the primary account team.
• Focused primarily on opportunities related to Filtration Consumables and associated single-use designs within their designated region.
• Ensures that all Filtration Consumables Products and process-related single-use technologies are marketed effectively.
• Assists the Account Manager during the sales process by offering product expertise and independently pinpointing opportunities.
• Cultivates the sales of modality solutions within the assigned sales region/territory, fostering enduring technical relationships with customers.
• Delivers high-level technical expertise during pre-sales discussions, instrument demonstrations, customer training, post-sales support, seminars, tenders/quotes, and promotional events.
• Identifies and develops sales opportunities to create a sales pipeline aimed at achieving business objectives.
• Utilizes customer relationship management software to manage leads and prospects.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related discipline.
• Several years of commercial experience, preferably within the biotechnology sector.
• Comprehensive knowledge of filtration hardware and associated consumables.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-selling, upselling, value positioning, and effective management of the sales funnel.
• Proficient in both German and English, equipped with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel – approximately 40% travel, including overnight stays within the territory.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
