Biopharm Project Pursuit Manager

📋 Description

• Drive growth in orders by identifying, nurturing, and securing business for capital projects.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.

• Oversee the project pipeline to ensure successful project execution.

• Create pursuit strategies and facilitate project meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. / B.S.), preferably in Engineering.

• At least five years of relevant experience in complex sales.

• Strong comprehension of intricate sales processes.

• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Excellent organizational and planning abilities.

• Skill in building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholder groups.

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.

• Fluency in English.
