Biomolecular Field Service Engineer – Cell Division Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• You will play a key role in assisting our customers with the on-site installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair of our company solutions.

• Our diverse range of products encompasses hardware, software, networking solutions, and operating systems, with a particular emphasis on cell division products.

• Install and fine-tune hardware, software, and network products as well as configurations at customer locations.

• Identify and resolve issues related to product performance.

• Conduct maintenance and repairs as necessary.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing guidance on preventive maintenance and configurations that could affect product performance.

• Actively address potential equipment challenges to avert unexpected disruptions to customers' operations.

• Provide comprehensive solutions that may include peripherals, communication tools, operating systems, and application software.

• Offer training to fellow field engineers and customers on the solutions when required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or experience as an end user in the Genomics and Cell Analysis context.

• Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving.

• Familiarity with Agilent solutions is preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills that are clear, respectful, and prompt.

• A passion for traveling and engaging with customers.

• Proficiency in Spanish is required, with a good command of English being advantageous.
