This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Responds to service requests to assess, diagnose, and carry out repairs or planned maintenance (PM) on increasingly complex biomedical equipment belonging to customers.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering Service Excellence.
• Analyze challenging biomedical equipment issues from customers and execute suitable repairs.
• Conduct planned maintenance (PM), safety and environmental assessments, while fostering strong customer relationships.
• Record all repair activities and submit reports or summaries in accordance with the established schedule.
• Oversee vendor service delivery processes to ensure compliance with GE policies.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in servicing medical equipment; OR equivalent military training along with 2 years of experience in servicing electrical or mechanical equipment; OR a High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of experience in servicing medical equipment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical issues to customers effectively.
• Must adhere to GEHC's standard background verification, including a post-offer drug screening.
• Must comply with all customer access regulations, including proof of necessary immunizations and any additional drug tests or background checks.
