📋 Description

• Become a part of an innovative AI-driven research project dedicated to enhancing the precision of protein target annotations utilized in extensive bioactivity databases.

• Leverage your knowledge in molecular biology, pharmacology, biochemistry, or chemical biology to authenticate protein target assignments through a comprehensive review of primary scientific literature.

• Your contributions will play a key role in improving high-quality datasets that fuel next-generation AI models for drug discovery and life sciences research.


⛳️ Requirements

• One of the following qualifications:

• - Bachelor's degree with **5+ years** of relevant industry experience.

• - Master's degree with **2+ years** of relevant industry experience.

• - PhD with research or industry experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical sciences, or drug discovery.

• - Academic background in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Chemical Biology, or a closely related life sciences field.

• - Practical experience with binding or functional assays including:

• - SPR (Surface Plasmon Resonance)

• - TR-FRET

• - Radioligand Binding Assays

• - Kinase Assays

• - GPCR Functional Assays

• - IC50, Ki, or KD measurements

• - Currently employed in a laboratory or research setting as a Scientist, Associate Scientist, or in a comparable research position.

• - Hands-on experience using UniProt or similar workflows that support:

• - Structure–Activity Relationship (SAR)

• - High-Throughput Screening (HTS)

• - Target Validation

• - Biochemical Profiling

• - IND-Enabling Research

• Familiarity with bioactivity databases such as ChEMBL, BindingDB, or PubChem.

• Understanding of selectivity profiling and counterscreening techniques.

• Knowledge of pharmacological distinctions like agonists vs. antagonists and activators vs. inhibitors.

• Strong skills in literature review, analytical reasoning, and scientific documentation.

• Exceptional written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
