Biology Expert – AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Develop sophisticated biology problems that test cutting-edge AI systems

• Design deterministic tasks with a singular correct answer

• Provide complete and validated solutions

• Create challenges that incorporate experimental reasoning, biological systems, computational analysis, or bioinformatics procedures

• Utilize Python and, when applicable, specialized biology or bioinformatics tools

• Maintain high standards of rigor, reproducibility, and technical precision

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD in Biology or a related life sciences discipline

• Experience in research or industry focused on computational or quantitative biological analysis

• Proficient in Python; experience with data analysis or bioinformatics workflows is preferred

• Strong analytical skills and comfort with complex scientific problem-solving

• Capability to devise original, challenging problems based on actual biological practices

• Proficient written English and keen attention to detail
