Biology Expert – AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.

📋 Description

• Develop advanced biology challenges that test cutting-edge AI systems

• Construct deterministic tasks that have a single correct solution

• Design problems that incorporate experimental reasoning, biological systems, computational analysis, or bioinformatics processes

• Utilize Python and, where applicable, specialized tools in biology or bioinformatics

• Maintain high standards of rigor, reproducibility, and technical precision

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's or PhD degree in Biology or a related field in life sciences

• Experience in research or industry focusing on computational or quantitative biological analysis

• Proficient in Python; experience with data analysis or bioinformatics workflows is preferred

• Strong analytical skills and comfort with complex scientific problem-solving

• Capability to formulate original and challenging problems based on genuine biological practices

• Proficient in written English with a keen eye for detail
