Biology Expert – AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop complex biology problems that push the limits of cutting-edge AI systems

• Design deterministic tasks with a singular correct solution

• Provide complete and verified solutions

• Create problems that involve experimental reasoning, biological systems, computational analysis, or bioinformatics workflows

• Utilize Python and, when applicable, specialized biology or bioinformatics tools

• Maintain high standards of rigor, reproducibility, and technical clarity

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD in Biology or a related life sciences discipline

• Experience in research or industry related to computational or quantitative biological analysis

• Proficient in Python; familiarity with data analysis or bioinformatics workflows is preferred

• Strong analytical skills and comfort with complex, multi-step scientific problem solving

• Capability to devise original, challenging problems rooted in authentic biological practice

• Excellent written English and meticulous attention to detail

• Familiarity with bioinformatics toolkits, genomics workflows, structural biology tools, or computational biology techniques (preferred)

• Experience in designing technical assessments or scientific challenge problems (preferred)

• Cross-disciplinary experience integrating biology and computation (preferred)
