This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Development and implementation of sales strategies (YaraVita and YaraAmplix) specific to their territories and tailored sales plans for each customer (potential, target, revenue, portfolio mix).
• Gather market intelligence information (competition, key crops, active ingredients, application strategies, positioning, market advancements, commercial strategies).
• Execute Market Action plans within the territories (Trials, Demonstrations, Crop Shows & Farmer Meetings).
• Monitor performance against sales plans on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Manage orders (implementation, delivery coordination, and after-sales service).
• Accountable for Sell In and Sell Out initiatives.
• Assist sales efforts with distributors to reach end-users (Retailers & farmers).
• Develop and implement strategies for market entry and growth in market share for YaraVita and YaraAmplix products.
• Serve as a commercial point of reference for YaraVita and YaraAmplix, addressing queries and aiding in the communication of our value propositions to ensure proper technical/commercial positioning within Yara solutions for key crops in the region.
• Collaborate with the technical team to create and execute a demand generation plan focusing on YaraVita and YaraAmplix.
• Partner with the technical team to perform post-sales activities and present results to ensure customer loyalty and repeat purchases.
• Work cooperatively with local and regional teams (as necessary) - including technical, sales, marketing, and agronomy departments.
• Address quality-related issues and coordinate training programs for channel partners on Product Management.
• M.Sc. in Agronomy or a master's degree in a related field.
• Experience - a minimum of 2-3 years.
• Prior experience in the Foliar and/or Biostimulants market.
• Familiarity with the Agricultural sector.
• Strong business acumen, planning skills, sales strategies, and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in market and customer segmentation, with a systemic understanding of market development and marketing fundamentals.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, people management, conflict resolution, negotiation techniques, and persuasive skills.
• Collaborative team player capable of bringing together colleagues from diverse geographical areas.
• Proactive, takes initiative, and is eager to identify and pursue new opportunities.
