BIM / Information Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Creating, executing, and maintaining BIM Documentation, Processes, and Protocols for a diverse range of clients and projects.

• Leading Information Management initiatives for various customers.

• Capable of providing a high level of customer service.

• Delivering enhanced solutions directly to clients and facilitating positive changes to achieve both personal and customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in using IFC & IFC-SPF.

• Skilled in Revit for modeling purposes.

• Familiar with either Solibri or Navisworks for clash detection and data verification.

• Experience in exporting and federating COBie spreadsheets for construction projects.

• Proven ability to define and implement working procedures.

• Excellent communication skills are essential.

• Capable of attending and facilitating client meetings.

• Able to meet deadlines while working under minimal supervision.

• A proactive team player, eager to learn and contribute to the broader team.

• Assist the business development team with prospects, including technical qualification, preparation, scope of works, and effective delivery of demonstrations and technical presentations.

• Ability to work remotely.
