Billing Technician IV – Corporate Benefits

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate billing operations, guaranteeing data precision and adherence to tailored allocations.

• Offer technical assistance in addressing critical discrepancies while coordinating with clients and insurance providers.

• Conduct thorough billing analyses to identify and rectify discrepancies.

• Implement complex customized allocations and confirm calculation accuracy.

• Organize the submission and verification of files with clients and insurance providers.

• Supervise copay waiver processes to ensure traceability.

• Input and validate system records, maintaining data integrity across platforms (Qbem, Quiver Pro, etc.) and within the client's system data.

• Assist in monitoring productivity and quality metrics.

• Prepare tailored payroll files in accordance with client specifications.

• Collaborate with clients and insurance providers to address issues.

• Support management in executing enhancements and automation initiatives.

• Process invoice extensions.

• Negotiate claims and requests with insurance carriers as needed.

• Train and mentor Analysts I and II.

• Ensure adherence to established SLAs and quality benchmarks.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma.

• Experience in billing, reconciliation, or complex financial operations.

• Proficient in advanced Excel skills (data processing, pivot tables, and complex formulas).

• Strong understanding of billing and reconciliation systems.

• Logical reasoning and analytical mindset.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and operate efficiently under tight deadlines.
