Billing Technician II – Corporate Benefits

📋 Description

• Guarantee the precision of the billing and collections process

• Execute intricate reconciliations, tailored allocations, and exemption management

• Maintain data integrity between internal systems and external platforms

• Oversee billing closeout and track collections via systems and websites

• Reconcile data with Qbem and confirm discrepancies in amounts

• Carry out customized allocations in accordance with established guidelines

• Administer copay exemptions

• Prepare payroll files

• Verify system entries across platforms such as Qbem and Quiver Pro

• Aid in monitoring productivity and quality metrics

• Process invoice extensions

• Detect and report file errors or system inconsistencies

• Ensure adherence to SLAs and quality standards

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma (technical education in related fields is preferred)

• Background in billing or comparable operational processes

• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, data validation, etc.)

• Familiarity with billing systems such as Qbem and Quiver Pro is advantageous

• Analytical abilities for data verification and reconciliation

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
