Billing Squad Lead, SAP BRIM, Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as the Product Owner for the Billing initiative;

• Design and ensure that the proposed solutions and features address the company’s Billing requirements (Invoicing, ERP integration, and Collections);

• Oversee project and squad deliveries (integrations and satellite products) to fulfill invoicing needs;

• Continuously monitor the product, identifying opportunities for enhancement in features, processes, or integrations;

• Manage daily product operations, pinpointing areas for improvement (systems or performance);

• Comprehend and guide the squad on tickets regarding incidents, fixes, and enhancements, collaborating with other squads or business owners (BOs) as necessary;

• Prioritize the backlog through engagement with the billing business owner, focusing on deliveries that provide the highest value to the company;

• Regularly report on executive and operational status (routine) or in response to incidents;

• Maintain product documentation, ensuring that features, rules, and architecture are current;

• Work alongside the company BI team to enhance dashboards and reports related to Billing and Collections in conjunction with the BO;

• Track product KPIs and suggest the creation of new indicators and metrics as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related discipline;

• Proficient knowledge and experience in billing processes and solutions;

• Familiarity with billing tools used in Brazil;

• Proficient in MS Office, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Azure DevOps (ADO) / Jira;

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA;

• Experience with SAP BRIM;

• Background working as a Product Owner;

• Extensive experience with Agile methodologies;

• Knowledge of discovery techniques;

• Familiarity with OKRs;

• Capability to write user stories in a clear and concise manner;

• Skill in organizing tasks and prioritizing the backlog in collaboration with business areas;

• Ability to facilitate ceremonies such as refinement, planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives;

• Competence in breaking down user stories and tasks into manageable units.
