This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide timely responses and support in addressing a high volume of billing inquiries and cases.
• Compare customer contracts with invoices to pinpoint any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve any disputes that may arise.
• Prepare and maintain thorough records of accounts receivable.
• Oversee customer accounts, including updates to contacts, invoices, and credit memos.
• Execute month-end responsibilities and assist with the closing processes.
• Conduct audits of billing and contract systems to ensure accuracy and completeness in billing.
• Comprehend and implement billing policies and procedures effectively.
• A bachelor's degree in Accounting is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in billing, disputes, contracts, or collections.
• Strong customer service skills complemented by a professional demeanor.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent analytical capabilities with a keen attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Capability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Netsuite, or other billing/revenue systems is a plus.
