This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist customers in addressing billing and payment inquiries (such as receipts, credit notes, invoices, and payment processing).
• Support customer-facing teams with topics related to invoicing, subscriptions, and payment management.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of customer account balances.
• Work closely with the Accounts Receivable and Cash Collection teams.
• Foster and sustain professional relationships by providing a top-tier billing support experience.
• Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Aircall’s billing and payment procedures.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish; knowledge of French and German is a plus.
• Over 1 year of experience in a B2B SaaS customer support position, or relevant transferable experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and support tools.
• Strong technical skills (capable of comprehending and articulating billing-related concepts to customers and internal teams).
• Analytical mindset with a desire to investigate and resolve intricate inquiries.
• Excellent time management and prioritization capabilities.
• High degree of empathy and customer-centric focus.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks across various platforms and communication channels.
• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally in an international, multilingual, remote setting.
• Proficient in using AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency, quality, and problem-solving in daily tasks.
