This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and oversee invoices for dental laboratory cases, encompassing crowns, bridges, implants, dentures, and various restorative products.
• Evaluate case specifics to guarantee billing precision and thoroughness.
• Keep precise records of pricing, adjustments, and billing codes.
• Track accounts receivable (AR), follow up on overdue balances, and aid in collection efforts.
• Assist with accounts payable (AP), including vendor invoices and reconciliation tasks.
• Process payments, monitor payment terms, and address discrepancies.
• Liaise with dental office clients concerning invoices, billing inquiries, and payment status.
• Work collaboratively with production, case management, and customer service teams to address billing challenges.
• Maintain systematic and accurate financial data within billing and ERP systems.
• Provide support for reporting on revenue, aging, and billing patterns.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in billing, accounting, or financial operations.
• Previous experience in a dental laboratory or the dental industry is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with dental procedures and restorations (e.g., crowns, implants, prosthetics).
• Strong grasp of invoicing, payment terms, and AR/AP processes.
• Proficient in billing systems, spreadsheets, and financial software.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial documentation.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Superior communication skills, both written and oral.
