Billing Solutions Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide strategic and operational guidance for the patient-facing Billing Solutions contact center.

• Lead staff to ensure the accurate, compliant, and timely resolution of patient billing concerns.

• Enhance patient interactions and satisfaction by optimizing workflows, implementing process improvements, and utilizing technology.

• Initiate process improvement projects and standardize procedures to improve efficiency and the patient experience.

• Monitor and report on operational metrics; track KPIs, quality assurance results, and patient satisfaction data.

• Maintain regulatory compliance and address escalated patient issues while ensuring adherence to HIPAA, PCI, and organizational standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations, encompassing billing, collections, patient account management, and contact center operations.

• Experience within healthcare or behavioral health environments, with knowledge of HIPAA, PCI, and insurance processes.

• Proven experience in managing teams within a contact center or operational setting, focusing on performance management, coaching, and staff development.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, implement process enhancements, and contribute to operational or strategic projects.

• Candidates must possess legal authorization for employment in the United States.
