This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct virtual training sessions, webinars, and individualized consulting interactions for clients and practice personnel.
• Instruct clients on healthcare billing processes, best practices in the revenue cycle, and effective utilization of EverHealth software.
• Evaluate customer workflows and propose enhancements to boost efficiency and reimbursement rates.
• Offer advice on claims submission, payment posting, denial management, insurance follow-ups, patient collections, and accounts receivable oversight.
• Aid clients in pinpointing billing challenges, resolving workflow obstacles, and maximizing billing effectiveness.
• Analyze customer reports and suggest strategies to enhance financial results and operational productivity.
• Act as the main billing liaison during implementation and consulting projects.
• Oversee assigned projects and client interactions to ensure that milestones, deadlines, and goals are achieved.
• Foster trustworthy relationships with clients through proactive communication and advisory support.
• Record client communications, recommendations, and project developments in internal systems.
• A High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare billing, medical billing, revenue cycle management, or practice management is required.
• Proficient understanding of:
• Claims submission and the lifecycle of claims management.
• Payment posting procedures.
• Insurance follow-up and denial management techniques.
• Accounts receivable operations.
• Patient collections and resolving outstanding balances.
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with healthcare software applications and the Microsoft Office Suite.
