Billing Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Architect and oversee the complete CPQ → Zuora Orders workflow.

• Design and manage the structures of the Zuora product catalog.

• Take ownership of the integration architecture between Zuora and Kantata.

• Lead technical discovery, solution development, and documentation efforts.

• Collaborate with Salesforce CPQ administrators and developers.

• Establish and uphold data integrity standards.

• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies.

• Design, develop, and maintain intricate Zuora Workflows.

• Spearhead system upgrades, sandbox testing, and release management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience with Zuora Billing.

• Proven expertise in Salesforce CPQ.

• Strong knowledge of subscription and recurring revenue business models.

• Experience in designing and troubleshooting bidirectional integrations.

• Proficient with REST/SOAP APIs.

• Capability to convert complex business billing requirements into scalable designs.

• Exceptional communication skills.
