Billing Analyst, Level 2 – Project Based

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assess and authorize new and revised customer subscriptions to guarantee precision and completeness promptly.

• Manage and refresh subscription records within billing systems.

• Verify data and pinpoint discrepancies across systems to ensure accurate billing.

• Investigate and resolve billing inconsistencies, escalating concerns as necessary.

• Oversee and evaluate validation reports pertaining to invoicing and accounts receivable.

• Assist with occasional customer billing inquiries and support in resolving issues.

• Aid in month-end billing procedures by confirming that all billable activities have been recorded, billed, and validated.

• Conduct data checks and reconciliations to ensure monthly billing is complete and accurate.

• Provide support to the collections team with account reconciliations and resolution of discrepancies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related field.

• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong emphasis on data accuracy and integrity.

• Proficient in Excel, including familiarity with formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, IF statements).

• Comfortable working within billing and financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, or comparable platforms).

• Systems-oriented and capable of navigating, validating, and reconciling data across various tools.

• Skilled in identifying discrepancies, investigating root causes, and resolving issues effectively.

• Adaptable and quick to learn new systems and processes.
