Billing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Reconcile customer invoices with monthly work effort trackers that are maintained by Project Managers.

• Compare amounts billed to accrued revenue for major global pharmaceutical clients and address any discrepancies.

• Support the study closeout process by reconciling revenue with billings.

• Prepare and deliver billing-related audit confirmations for sponsors.

• Oversee billings and collections for designated accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree accompanied by 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis.

• Advanced Excel capabilities with expertise in data analysis.

• Familiarity with NetSuite is considered a plus.

• Highly detail-oriented with outstanding accuracy in the work produced.

• Ability to meet deadlines and fulfill commitments.

• Focused on customer satisfaction and quality.

• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
