This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Assume complete responsibility for Accounts Receivable (AR) and billing functions for clients based in the US.

• Ensure that invoicing is precise and timely, in accordance with contracts and subscription frameworks.

• Develop and implement collections strategies while maintaining favorable DSO metrics.

• Collaborate across departments with Sales and Customer Success teams to address and resolve billing issues.

• Produce comprehensive financial reports and revenue analyses for executive leadership.

• Enhance billing processes, automation strategies, and CRM integrations.

• Ensure adherence to US accounting and invoicing regulations.

• Foster strong client relationships via proactive communication and effective issue resolution.

• Over 5 years of experience in the accounting or finance sector.

• Practical experience in managing US clients and adhering to US billing regulations.

• Proficient in:

• - Accounts Receivable (AR)

• - Billing & Invoicing

• - Collections Management

• - Financial Reporting & Analysis

• - Client Services

• - CRM systems (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalents)

• Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business environment.

• Knowledge of revenue recognition principles and subscription billing models.

• Demonstrate strong analytical and reconciliation abilities.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and hands-on approach.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote startup setting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (CPA certification is an advantage).
