This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska.
• Oversee and coordinate daily billeting functions to ensure effective lodging services and adherence to company and client standards.
• Guide, train, mentor, and assess billeting staff, offering support and direction to achieve operational excellence.
• Allocate personnel accommodations across various remote camp sites while optimizing occupancy and operational efficiency.
• Manage travel logistics and arrangements for operations staff, ensuring accuracy and timely implementation of travel plans.
• Create and uphold work schedules, rotations, and staffing plans to fulfill operational requirements.
• Supervise billeting office processes and guarantee the punctual completion of administrative tasks, reports, and documentation.
• Review and authorize standard billeting records, room assignments, occupancy reports, and other operational documents.
• Act as the main point of contact for escalated customer service concerns, addressing issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain effective communication with senior management, contractors, clients, vendors, and camp staff.
• Ensure correct utilization of billeting and travel management software systems and offer troubleshooting support when required.
• Identify, assess, and report software or system issues to management, IT support, and vendors.
• Evaluate occupancy trends, staffing requirements, and operational metrics to suggest process enhancements and boost efficiency.
• Ensure incoming mail, packages, and correspondence are handled and distributed promptly.
• Promote and enforce company policies, procedures, safety standards, and client expectations.
• Conduct audits and quality assurance evaluations of billeting operations to maintain service standards and compliance.
• Engage in the hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and disciplinary processes for billeting personnel.
• Assist in budget adherence and resource management within the billeting department.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned to support departmental and operational goals.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least five (5) years of relevant supervisory experience in billeting.
• Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record for the past three (3) years to qualify under the company vehicle insurance policy.
• Capability to function in a confidential environment requiring professionalism and discretion.
• Proficient in operating standard office equipment, PCs, and typing at a minimum of 45 words per minute.
• Must successfully fulfill all pre-employment criteria, which may include a criminal background check, drug screening, physical examination, fit-for-duty assessment, and hearing test.
• Must be able to reside in dormitory-style accommodations and meet cleanliness standards of the remote camp.

• Consistent and reliable attendance in a remote environment.
• Must comply with all safety regulations and guidelines established by the company and client.
• Required to have intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
