Bill Review Analyst I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for reviewing medical bills to verify their accuracy and compliance with State Fee Schedules, customer protocols, and PPO discounts.

• May utilize reference materials during the auditing process.

• Achieve 98% accuracy and maintain a rate of over 10,000 keystrokes per hour, depending on the situation or state-specific cases.

• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or its equivalent.

• 1-2 years of experience in data entry.

• Familiarity with medical terminology, workers’ compensation billing guidelines, and fee schedules.

• Understanding of CPT/ICD/HCPS coding.

• Preferred knowledge of UBO4/DWC-9/DWC-10 and CMS 1500 form types.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a dedication to customer service.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Proficient in identifying issues and developing effective solutions.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Highly developed organizational and time management skills.

• Must be adept in Microsoft Office applications.
