Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist – English/French

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for designated roles on a global scale, primarily focusing on North America and Latin America.

• Identify, attract, and engage top-tier talent utilizing various platforms, networks, and innovative outreach strategies.

• Develop and sustain talent pipelines for essential or recurring positions.

• Perform candidate screenings and interviews.

• Assess candidates for their qualifications and compatibility with the company culture.

• Keep precise records and data in Workable ATS and other tracking systems.

• Collaborate with global talent acquisition colleagues to exchange best practices and ensure uniformity in processes.

• Work closely with hiring managers to provide an outstanding candidate experience.

• Manage relationships with stakeholders and facilitate offer negotiations throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in-house or within an agency environment.

• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, including the ability to influence and collaborate with hiring managers.

• Excellent sourcing abilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other innovative methods.

• Experience in fast-paced work settings.

• Previous experience in payments, fintech, or high-volume hiring is a significant advantage.

• Familiarity with recruiting across diverse locations in North America and LATAM regions is a strong plus.

• Proficiency in both English and French is essential.

• Must be bilingual.

• English (both written and spoken) is the primary language of communication.
