Bilingual SSDI Attorney, U.S. Bar Licensed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Review, edit, and finalize legal documents and briefs for submission.

• Ensure adherence to relevant legal standards and court requirements.

• Work collaboratively with other attorneys and staff to uphold consistency and quality in filings.

• Offer insights and recommendations for case enhancement when applicable.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active U.S. Bar Membership in at least one state (required).

• Experience in SSDI law or proficiency in Spanish (required — either qualification acceptable).

• Strong skills in legal writing, editing, and analysis.

• Capability to manage workload autonomously while adhering to deadlines.

• Must reside outside the U.S. (preference for overseas candidates).
