Bilingual Spanish Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain long-term relationships with designated Nielsen Families/Households.

• Set up Nielsen measurement devices in newly assigned Nielsen Families/Households.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be fluent in Spanish.

• Must be proficient in reading and writing in English.

• Prior experience with consumer electronics, software systems, and networking knowledge.

• Excellent customer service abilities.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to identify issues and troubleshoot data/equipment.

• Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED or 2+ years of equivalent work experience.

• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
