This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Manage both inbound and outbound inquiries through various communication channels.
• Utilize multiple web-based applications for thorough investigation and verification processes.
• Provide answers to customer inquiries effectively.
• Address and rehabilitate customer accounts that are in arrears.
• Convey the appropriate actions to clients in a courteous and professional manner.
• Foster customer confidence in the services provided by the company.
• Conduct follow-up calls on accounts that have not responded.
• Collaborate with team members to meet both group and individual objectives.
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to manage workload priorities and handle a high volume of calls while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous in approach.
• Excellent communication skills; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• Previous experience in call centers or collections is beneficial but not mandatory.
