Bilingual Spanish Call Center Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Manage both incoming and outgoing calls

• Utilize various web-based applications for research and validation

• Assess, confirm, and update customers' loan applications to establish eligibility

• Respond to inquiries from existing and prospective customers with precision and promptness

• Generate new leads through incoming calls from interested candidates

• Establish new accounts over the phone

• Enhance customer trust in Propel’s services as a knowledgeable expert

• Collaborate as a team to accomplish both individual and collective objectives

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or its equivalent

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a call center within a sales context

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet applications

• Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment

• Capability to meet and surpass daily quotas and targets

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and approachability

• Availability required from Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm, and weekends from 10am to 6pm
