• - Establish strong connections with parents and guardians.

• - Understand customer needs and suggest the most suitable programs.

• **Sales Execution**

• - Present program offerings and value propositions with confidence.

• - Overcome objections and successfully close enrollments.

• - Consistently achieve or surpass individual sales targets.

• **Bilingual Customer Support**

• - Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish.

• - Ensure all families feel supported, informed, and confident.
