Bilingual Recruitment Specialist – Talent & Onboarding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and oversee incoming applications

• Track candidate communications and ensure timely follow-ups

• Perform phone and video screenings

• Organize interview schedules

• Oversee recruiting pipelines

• Follow up with candidates about onboarding prerequisites

• Monitor candidate progress and proactively identify any delays

• Conduct reference verifications

• Assist with recruiting events and outreach efforts

• Develop and maintain recruiting workflows and documentation

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both English and Spanish

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and candidate follow-up

• Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities

• Capacity to manage a high-volume applicant pipeline

• Skilled in conducting phone and video interviews

• Willingness to work according to a US time zone schedule
