This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
β’ Deliver efficient, friendly, and high-quality customer service to all policyholders and claimants by responding to customer inquiries and addressing requests.
β’ Collect essential information from customers to initiate claims and determine the appropriate course of action.
β’ Manage a portfolio of claims, set initial reserves for all potential exposures, and make adjustments as necessary throughout the claim process.
β’ Facilitate repairs for property damage when required.
β’ Identify situations that may require escalation if the loss no longer meets handling criteria.
β’ Engage in communication and coordination with relevant parties regarding negotiations and settlements.
β’ Contribute to the continuous improvement of best practices and process enhancements.
β’ Bachelor's degree (though candidates without one are still encouraged to apply if they meet other qualifications).
β’ Experience in managing real property damage is not mandatory but highly valued.
β’ A minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance claims and/or customer service is required.
β’ An active adjuster license is mandatory: resident state license preferred, or alternatively, a Designated Home State (DHS) license.
β’ Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
