Bilingual Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee client-facing HRIS and Payroll integration initiatives from the initial kickoff to go-live and stabilization phases.

• Conduct discovery sessions with stakeholders from HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to establish project scope, requirements, timelines, and success metrics.

• Convert business and operational requirements into well-structured documentation, which includes data mapping and integration flow diagrams.

• Coordinate with internal technical consultants and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, accountability, and effective execution.

• Actively manage risks, dependencies, and changes in scope, especially in relation to payroll timing, compliance, or downstream financial reporting impacts.

• Track project health, communicate updates clearly, and facilitate decision-making when trade-offs are necessary.

• Assist in post-launch validation to confirm that integrations are functioning as intended in real-world conditions.

• Identify opportunities for expansion or optimization and prepare change requests when appropriate.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience delivering technology solutions in a client-facing context (SaaS, implementations, integrations, or similar).

• Proficiency in both French and English (both written and verbal).

• Experience with HRIS and/or Payroll systems, or managing projects where employee/payroll data is a primary input/output.

• Capability to lead the entire project lifecycle: kickoff → discovery → delivery → go-live → stabilization.

• Strong skills in requirements facilitation: conducting workshops, documenting decisions, and translating needs into clear project deliverables and documentation.

• Solid understanding of scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and change control across multiple simultaneous projects.

• High levels of ownership and follow-through in a fully remote work environment.
