📋 Description

• Offers clinical assistance through phone, email, and online platforms

• Delivers patient counseling in accordance with manufacturer guidelines

• Manages incoming calls during scheduled shifts

• Evaluates patients' financial capabilities for their support program

• Directly liaises with pharmaceutical manufacturers regarding exceptional cases

⛳️ Requirements

• Fully bilingual in both French and English

• At least one year of experience in a patient support program

• Willingness to work a rotating schedule

• Exhibits compassion and a patient-centered mindset

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in computer applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
