This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Address patient inquiries via inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, text messages, and web chats.
• Arrange patient appointments and oversee any changes or cancellations.
• Provide patients with comprehensive pre-appointment and post-appointment instructions.
• Follow up with patients as necessary to ensure they have the required information.
• Assist with clinic operations by coordinating and performing administrative tasks.
• Keep precise records of all patient interactions.
• Manage multiple communication channels simultaneously while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
• Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, patient support, or a comparable client-facing position.
• Demonstrated experience in a fully remote work environment.
• Excellent written communication skills with a focus on grammar and clarity.
• Comfortable with learning and using various software tools and platforms.
• A stable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet home office.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
