This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Respond to incoming calls, messages, and web inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage the entire patient journey from initial contact to booked consultation or procedure.
• Assess leads based on their intent, suitability, and readiness.
• Implement structured follow-up strategies for both warm and cold leads.
• Facilitate handoffs with in-clinic teams during final conversion phases.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company’s service and procedure offerings.
• Convert complex technical or medical information into clear and compelling messaging.
• Recognize patient motivations and connect them with suitable services.
• Conduct sensitive discussions with professionalism and discretion.
• Ensure high-quality, brand-consistent communication at all touchpoints.
• Provide anticipatory and personalized customer service.
• Maintain a polished and professional demeanor that reflects a premium brand.
• Oversee daily pipeline activities within CRM systems.
• Monitor interactions, update lead statuses, and ensure data cleanliness.
• Detect trends and communicate conversion insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams on scheduling and follow-up processes.
• Engage in onboarding and knowledge-base training initiatives.
• Contribute to enhancements in processes and workflow optimization.
• Minimum of 3 years of consultative sales experience (preferably in high-touch or service-oriented sales).
• Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish (near-native English required).
• Strong capability to communicate with high-level, discerning clients.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and articulate complex or technical concepts clearly.
• High emotional intelligence and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Comfort in discussing sensitive or personal topics with professionalism.
• Experience with CRM platforms for sales or pipeline management.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Nice-to-Haves (Preferred):
• Background in healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, or patient-facing sales.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or premium client services.
• Familiarity with EMR systems or healthcare workflows.
