This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming patient calls, addressing inquiries, requests, intake, follow-ups, and general coordination.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments, ensuring that appointment details are accurately maintained in the EMR.
• Deliver warm, clear, and effective bilingual communication to enhance patient satisfaction and uphold a high call-answering rate.
• Conduct insurance verification and eligibility checks as necessary.
• Confirm that insurance details, patient information, and related documentation are accurate, confidential, and properly updated.
• Collaborate with relevant team members regarding patient concerns, insurance updates, or scheduling challenges.
• Assist with email management, front desk coordination, and various daily administrative tasks.
• Adhere to structured workflows while being flexible to adapt to client needs when required.
• Identify workflow gaps or issues and proactively suggest improvements.
• Experience in Healthcare Administration: Required.
• Proficiency in EMR: Required.
• Experience in Medical Scheduling: Required. Familiarity with Cerbo scheduling is a plus.
• Clear and professional spoken and written English is a must.
• Relevant work experience is necessary.
• Must be able to provide NBI Clearance and/or Local Police Clearance prior to onboarding (mandatory).
• Availability to participate in video meetings with the camera on when required.
• Computer: Reliable laptop or desktop is essential.
• Internet: A stable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) is required.
• Audio: A noise-canceling headset is necessary.
• Video: A functioning webcam for virtual meetings is essential.
• Workspace: A quiet and professional work environment is required.
