Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Inbound Call Management: Professionally manage incoming calls from clients involved in auto accidents, collecting vital information regarding the incident and their potential legal representation requirements.

• Client Interaction: Effectively communicate with clients to clarify legal processes and procedures, provide details about the firm's services, and address client inquiries.

• Multi-Tasking: Juggle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting while efficiently navigating electronic systems during client engagements over the phone.

• Document Management: Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of client records in accordance with legal standards; organize and update client information as necessary.

• Administrative Support: Offer administrative assistance to legal professionals when needed and collaborate with the legal team to facilitate smooth case progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• Language: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential.

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; some college coursework is preferred.

• Experience: Prior experience in a legal environment or in a customer service/intake role is favored.

• Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on customer service.

• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with familiarity in case management software considered an advantage.
