Bilingual Insurance Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Contact and manage prospects through calls, emails, and other channels.

• Identify client needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions.

• Follow up on quotes and business opportunities.

• Keep information updated in the CRM system.

• Meet sales and conversion targets.

• Provide professional and consultative customer service.

• Manage renewals and cross-selling opportunities when applicable.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced English (B2+ or higher) with excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in insurance, financial services, telecommunications, or consultative sales.

• Skills in negotiation, persuasion, and objection handling.

• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving results.

• Proficient in using technological tools and CRM systems.

• College or Technical Career education.

• Driver's license: B2.

• Willingness to travel.
