This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Recognize patterns that hinder academic achievement

• Conduct focused outreach and deliver instruction to specific groups and individuals

• Foster capable learners who are confident in their academic and life successes

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the curriculum and associated assignments

• Establish authentic relationships with students through regular communication

• Respond promptly to student inquiries regarding course material and upcoming assignments

• Engage in training sessions and meetings to enhance performance

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in both Spanish and English (mandatory)

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a pertinent field with strong academic records in basic English/Spanish and Mathematics

• Preferred experience in online education, particularly with at-risk learners

• Thorough understanding of and dedication to BYU-Pathway Worldwide’s mission, key characteristics, and student demographic

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills— specifically the ability to be considerate, approachable, professional, and respectful in challenging or emotionally charged situations

• Capability to adhere to specific guidelines and timelines for targeted outreach, and to utilize designated systems and communication channels

• Ability to swiftly adjust to new processes, procedures, and technologies

• Outstanding organizational skills and the capacity to maintain focus and order while managing complex cognitive demands

• Proven reliability in fulfilling commitments and executing tasks accurately and punctually (with minimal prompting)

• Preferred proficiency in Microsoft Office, video conferencing tools, and Canvas
