This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Deliver exceptional customer service across phone, email, chat, and social media platforms.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding orders, returns, billing, and product details.
• Input customer and order data accurately into internal databases.
• Address customer issues professionally and escalate matters when necessary.
• Keep thorough records of customer interactions and the steps taken.
• Recognize opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and support sales efforts.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless operations.
• Advanced proficiency in English with minimal accent.
• At least 6 months of experience in Customer Experience (CX) is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Professional demeanor and capacity to handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system is a significant advantage.
• Windows 11 PC (Mac systems are not supported).
• Minimum of 12–16 GB RAM.
• Dual monitor setup.
• Webcam required.
• Reliable fibre internet with a wired connection.
• Backup power solution is necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams / Office 365.
• Independent contractor agreement.
• Weekly payments in USD.
