Bilingual HR Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Act as the main HR contact for employees who speak Spanish.

• Translate HR policies, procedures, forms, and training materials between English and Spanish.

• Address employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances while ensuring effective communication and cultural sensitivity.

• Aid in the recruitment process for bilingual or Spanish-speaking positions, including job advertisements, resume evaluations, and preliminary interviews.

• Facilitate onboarding sessions in Spanish to guarantee that new employees comprehend company policies, benefits, and workplace expectations.

• Keep precise employee records, including necessary documentation in both English and Spanish.

• Ensure that all employment documents, such as I-9 forms and work authorization records, are accurately completed.

• Verify that HR practices align with federal, state, and local employment laws, emphasizing inclusivity and accessibility for Spanish-speaking employees.

• Assist with audits, investigations, or corrective actions relevant to HR issues, particularly those affecting Spanish-speaking employees.

• Organize and provide employee training sessions in both English and Spanish.

• Contribute to the development of DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) initiatives that benefit bilingual and multicultural employees.

• Support a variety of HR projects and initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).

• Over 2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related administrative capacity.

• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with professionalism.

• Familiarity with HR software (e.g., ADP, Paylocity, BambooHR, or similar platforms).
