This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
β’ Delivering Outstanding Care: Proactively manage the master schedule to ensure complete service coverage.
β’ Bilingual Communication at Scale: Act as the primary English/Spanish contact for clients, families, and caregivers through high-volume phone calls, emails, and SMS.
β’ Administrative Accuracy & Record Keeping: Keep detailed, real-time records in G-Suite and Slack, including thorough call notes, shift documentation, and tracking of missed clock-ins/outs.
β’ Innovative Conflict Management: Address scheduling challenges and unexpected situations with patience, negotiating mutually beneficial solutions that uphold high-quality care standards.
β’ Proactive Staffing Strategy: Reach out to both active and inactive caregivers to confirm availability, ensuring a "ready" talent pool for future needs.
β’ Experience: Minimum of 1 year in BPO (Customer Service or Sales) AND 1 year in scheduling or staffing.
β’ Language Proficiency: Advanced English skills (95%-100% proficiency). Near-native verbal abilities are essential for coordinating calls in the US.
β’ Software Proficiency: Familiarity with G-Suite (Drive, Sheets, Gmail) and Slack is required.
β’ Technical Setup: * High-speed internet (10-15 Mbps minimum), noise-canceling headset, dual monitors, and a reliable Backup Power Supply (UPS/Generator) for local power stability are necessary.
β’ Education: A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
β’ Competitive Compensation: $8.00 USD per hour (Stable income paid in USD).
β’ Full-Time Employment: Guaranteed position of 40 hours per week.
β’ On-Call Compensation: Additional $12.00/day for on-call duties.
