Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative, Russian-English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming customer calls

• Interact thoughtfully with customers to ascertain their needs

• Perform research across various systems to address inquiries

• Offer clear and precise information to assist consumers in navigating healthcare options

• Handle a high volume of interactions while upholding quality and professionalism

• Adhere to a set schedule, including assigned breaks and lunch periods

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service

• Bilingual in English and Russian

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

• Strong empathy, patience, and attentiveness to customer needs

• Comfortable using computer systems and Windows-based applications

• A dedicated, distraction-free workspace at home

• A secure, high-speed wired internet connection (at least 25 mbps)
