• Respond to incoming customer calls

• Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Hmong

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

• Comfortable using computer systems and Windows-based applications

• A quiet, dedicated home workspace

• A secure, high-speed wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps
