This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Assist consumers by thoughtfully engaging with them and addressing inquiries related to their healthcare benefit requirements.
• Respond to incoming calls from clients.
• Perform research across various systems to resolve inquiries.
• Deliver clear and accurate information to aid consumers in navigating their healthcare choices.
• Handle a high volume of interactions while ensuring quality and professionalism.
• Adhere to a specified schedule, including designated breaks and lunches.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Cambodian.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Strong empathy, patience, and attentiveness to the needs of customers.
• Comfortable using computer systems and applications based on Windows.
• A distraction-free, designated workspace at home.
• A secure, high-speed wired internet connection with a minimum of 25 mbps.
